October 17, 2000: My wife and I walked the walk of a two year anniversary; close to the earth, close to each other, among the trees, at Babler State Park in St. Louis, Missouri. The fall air was so congenial, and the changing leaves such an outward exuberance of the season, that I posted these pictures as a part of an urge to make the day last. If you've stumbled upon this page, I hope you enjoy the digital representations of our sojourn, and that they convey at least some small part of the beauty of the that place at that time.
